We have streamlined our processes to reduce group contact in our lobby. It is advised for the purchaser to check in at Will Call, then proceed to the bar for beverages. Our House Manager will escort guests inside the theatre
We have reimagined audience seating and created a Beer Hall! Because nothing goes better with comedy than beer. Every row in our theatre is equipped with its own custom-made, reclaimed, Mahogany table built by a local artist for guests to rest thier beverages and keep thier hands free for applauding. Everyone is a VIP at Whole World and there is not a bad seat in the house
General Admission Ticketing will allow audience members to select seats upon arrival at the theatre based on what is available and how close they wish to be to the action.
As of 3/11/2022 audience seating will be capped at 100 people. Due to the ever-changing health crisis, Whole World reserves the right to add to or reduce capacity at any time
We will do our best to get late patrons inside the theatre safely and as quickly as possible. The House Manager will not seat patrons during scenes where the actors are performing on stage. House Managers will seat patrons once a scene has come to its conclusion and house lights are up
If for any reason you are not feeling well, please stay home. Contact boxoffice@wholeworldtheatre.com within 24 hours of showtime and we will record a rain check in our system for your purchase. Do not leave a voicemail. Rain checks may be used within three months of the originally purchased show date. If you are a no email/no show , your purchase will be forfeited and no refund or rain check will be issued
Due to the ever-changing nature of the current health crisis, we will notify you within 24 hours if we decide to cancel a live improv show at our theatre. Affected show tickets can be exchanged for another 2021 show
Whole World Theatre’s staff and administration weighed the option to offer live theatre experiences very carefully and determined that the less-risky, safer approach is to use data and the recommendations of health care providers and scientists to make informed decisions about the best ways to protect the health and well-being of our actors, audiences, staff, and crews. We have decided to offer extremely-limited live viewing opportunities, and reserve the right to cancel performances if certain criteria are not met. Our commitment to providing a space for audiences to come together live with our artists, whenever we are able to do so, reflects our mission: to offer a safe artistic home for all
Whole World Theatre is part of a task force for reopening arts venues partnering with the Emory University Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing and will be implementing safety protocols based on their detailed recommendations. We are also meeting bi-weekly with arts leaders across the metro area and across the country, to share up-to-date data and re-opening ideas
If you have concerns about viewing our performances in our theatre space, we encourage you to choose the VIRTUAL ticket option (when available) to receive a link to stream our performances at any time
We appreciate the love and patience from our Whole World Improv Theatre community in regards to these evolving circumstances
